![]() Implement for cultivating soil
专利摘要:
Process for direct drilling heavy or compacted soil comprising first killing the weeds and thereafter drilling into sub-stantially undisturbed soil; wherein the porosity of the soil is improved before drilling by making a series of adjacent substantially parallel diagonal cuts therethrough to fissure the body of the soil without substantial disturbance of the surface. Also claims a blade for carrying out such fissuring with a hinged extension on the trailing edge set at an adjustable angle to increase the soil fissuring as required according to soil type. Crumble rollers may be located between adjacent blades to provide impact blows or pressure upon the temporarily raised soil lifted up by the soil-fissuring blades. Alternatively angled cutting knives on rotating shafts may follow the fissuring blades. 公开号:SU1435137A3 申请号:SU843867697 申请日:1984-11-28 公开日:1988-10-30 发明作者:Коронка Пол 申请人:Империал Кемикал Индастриз Лимитед (Фирма); IPC主号:

zift./7 A knife-shaped stands 2 are installed stepwise in relation to the direction of movement. Each stand 2 has a chisel 3 to the shutter 10 located along its trailing edge with a mechanism for adjusting its position. Each bit 3 is of rectangular cross section and has a front nasal suit, a side surface and a toe cap. Nosov part naklo1 ena up and back. The side surface is parallel to the direction of travel. Sock protrudes forward and down relative to the rack 2. Behind the uprights 2 are rollers 39 with a horizontal axis of rotation. When moving, the pillars 2 are embedded in the soil, 4eNry also contributes to the toe of the bit. The pillars 2 cut the soil, raise it with flaps, at which the soil loosens. Due to the vertical position of the side surface, the bit 3 interacts with the soil, eliminating the impact of the tool from the direction of movement. Rollers 39 fractions t clumps of soil and level the surface. 9 z.p „f-ly, 13 pe. one The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular, tillage implements before sowing industrial crops. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of processing soil re-humidification. Figure 1 shows the instrument, VI, C behind; figure 2 - the same, VNC side; fig.Z - working body, side view; FIG. 4 is the same, top view; Fig. 5-7 are side view embodiments of the flap; in Fig. 8, a working member with a flap and a roller, side view in Fig. 9, an embodiment of a roller, B5-Sch, on the side; FIG. 10 shows a working device with a disc in front of it, side view; FIG. 11 — rotating roller; in Fig „12 - an instrument with a roller, w, rear,; 13 - frame, top. The instrument consists of frame 1 and is fixed on it at an acute angle to the ver. ticked, preferably 45, workers bodies, each of which is made in the form of a knife-like flat stand 2 with a chisel 3. The stand 2 of the working body is connected to the frame 1 by means of the bent kongateyn 4 and the sleeve 5 which is freely mounted on the frame 1, the top 6 and the bottom 7 edges of the stand 2 are parallel to each other. Chisel 3 is fixed on the lower edge 7 of the rack 2, the front edge of the 8 rack 2 is made pointed and on the rear edge 9 of the hinge is installed the sash 10. On the rear edge 9 of the rack 2 and on the valve 5 0 five 0 s ke 10 there are loops 11, 12 interconnected by a vertical axis 13. The flap 10 has a mechanism for adjusting its position, made, for example, by means of a bolt 15 of a stopper 1b fixed to the back of the rack 2. The harder the soil, the greater the installation angle of the flap 10, and vice versa. The flap 10 may have a different shape, for example, it may be made with knives 17, protruding them in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the gun, and located in the plane of the flap 10 (Fig.5), in the upper part have a protrusion 18 (Fig.6) or have a curved shape (Fig.7). The flap 10 can be mounted on it by means of a vertical axis 19 with the possibility of free rotation of the roller 20. The roller 20 can be in the form of a cylinder (Fig. B) or a truncated cone (Fig. 9). Before each pillar 2, a flat disk 21 placed in the same plane as the pillar 2 can be rotatably mounted. The disk 21 has a mechanism for adjusting its position, embodied as mounted on frame 1 by means of holders 23, 24 of crankshaft 22, on the bottom of K9TORA there is a stop 25 with a flat plate fixed to it by means of an axis 26. Between the stop 25 and a plate 27 on the axis 28 there is a set 1 Lena is an elastic gasket in the form of a rubber disc 29. The rotation of the plate 27 about the axis 28 is limited by a finger 30 lying inside the groove made in the holder 24, the Holder 24 is connected to the crankshaft 22 by means of a sleeve 31 and can be rotated about the axis 22, the Plate 27 is connected to the frame 1 by means of a spring 32. The position of the disk 21 is adjusted in two planes, one of which is the plane in which the disk itself lies, and the other is perpendicular to it. Such a disc installation eliminates the breakage of the disc when it encounters an obstacle. The disk 21 has a scraper 33, which is fixed by means of an axis 34 on the plate 27. Racks 2 can be made hollow, have holes or a conduit for applying liquid fertilizers simultaneously with the tillage. Chisel 3 is made of rectangular cross section and has its upper nose 35 tilted upwards and backwards with a side surface extending backwards. Lateral surface 36 is located parallel to the direction of movement and is a supporting surface with the possibility of lateral interaction with the soil, providing resistance to the stand, lateral forces to avoid pushing the tool from its course by the interaction between the inclined stand and the soil causing lateral forces. The inclined upper surface of the nose 35 of the bit 3 is located in front of the front face of the stand 2 for better penetration into the soil. The rear end of the side surface 36 of the bit 3 is shifted to the rear of the rear edge of the stand 2. On the frame 1 the stand 2 is installed stepwise with respect to the direction of movement of the tool. The chisel has in front of the toe 37, protruding forward and down. Behind each pillar 2 is mounted rotatably about a horizontal axis 38 a roller 39, which can be fastened with a bar or with loosening elements fixed to the rods. The frame 1 has a front beam 40, which is horizontal and perpendicular to the direction of movement of the gun, the side bars 41 and the rear beam 42, the side bars are fixed at opposite ends of the front beam 40, 37 The rear bar 42 is located between the side bars 41, connected to them and located at an acute angle to the direction of movement of the tool. The front bar 40 has a tool 43 for attachment to the tractor. The frame 1 has a wheel 44 for adjusting the depth of travel. On the frame 1 is fixed power cylinder 45, The tool works as follows. Before the gun starts moving, depending on the type of soil, the shape of the flap 10, the roller 20 and the screw 14 set the flap 10 to a certain position. Wheels 44 regulate the depth of processing. When the gun moves, the disk 21, placed in the same plane with the stand 2, cuts the soil, forming a slit, which contributes to a better penetration into the soil. The struts 2 are pressed into the soil as a result of the joint action of the power cylinder 45 and the soil acting on the forward nose 35 of the bit 3, the struts 2 diagonally cut through the soil and lift it with flaps 10, when the soil is loosened. Due to the location of the side surface 36 of the bit 3 vertically and parallel to the direction of movement, it is a supporting surface and, interacting with the soil, provides resistance to the lateral forces acting on the rack 2, eliminating the impact of the tool from the direction of movement. Sock 37 provides better penetration of the stand 2 into the soil and holds it in the soil as it moves due to the pressure exerted by the soil on the surface of the toe. The staggered arrangement of the pillars 2 reduces the drag resistance, t, c, each previous pillar 2 facilitates the movement of the next pillar 2. The rollers mounted behind the racks 2 break and destroy the lumps formed and level the surface. The use of the invention will improve the quality of loosening the soil.
